dYdX V3 is a decentralized perpetual exchange built on StarkEx (L2) for cross-margined perpetuals. Trades settle on L2 with ZK proofs posted to Ethereum. dYdX V3 shut down on October 28, 2024 and is processing withdrawals in escape-hatch mode.

DydxGovernor (governance): On-chain governance contract for creating and executing dYdX protocol proposals
